After breakfast, board a coach for the 110 km drive to Thekkady, arriving at the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary after 3 hours. Check into your hotel and freshen up before exploring the sanctuary. Admire flowering orchids, elephants, tigers, bison, deer, leopards, colorful birds, reptiles, and amphibians along Periyar Lake. This ecological haven is perfect for photographers. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
